By accessing our website and booking a stay at The Clouds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Reservations and Cancellations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate selected at the time of booking. Generally:

• Standard rates: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
• Non-refundable rates: No cancellations or modifications permitted.
• No-shows: Will be charged the full amount of the first night.

Guest Conduct

We strive to provide a tranquil and elegant environment for all our guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests who behave inappropriately or disrupt the peace of others.

Damages and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The Clouds is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings not stored in the provided room safe.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the hotel is located.
