What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

Do you offer airport transportation?

Yes, we provide luxury private transfers to and from the airport. Please contact our concierge at least 24 hours in advance to arrange your pickup.

Is breakfast included in the stay?

Most of our suites include a complimentary gourmet breakfast served in The Restaurant or in your room. Please check your booking details for confirmation.

Are pets allowed?

The Clouds is a pet-friendly sanctuary. We offer special amenities for your furry companions. A small additional cleaning fee may apply.

Do you have a dress code for the restaurant and bar?

We recommend smart casual attire for The Restaurant and The Bar to maintain our elegant atmosphere.
